Hotel Le Bristol Avignon, Avignon

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, despite needing some modernizing, offered a lovely view of trees, the sky, and a historical building. Unfortunately, there were no available powerpoints in the room, and it faced the main street.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were quite spacious with excellent bathrooms, although the room was very hot, and the issue couldn't be resolved promptly. However, everything was tidy and large, creating a clean and well-maintained atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with all the staff being lovely, helpful, and polite, even making efforts to guide us to the public underground garage. The location was superb, being right inside the ancient town walls and close to all major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and cheerful, with plenty of space to store our luggage. I especially enjoyed the luxury of having both a tub and a separate shower in the room. However, I was a bit disappointed that not all rooms had the same air conditioning performance, as we later discovered.

However, the lack of WiFi made it difficult to work, and I had to step outside the room for signal. Additionally, there was an issue with getting hot water for showers past 11 pm, which was inconvenient.

The hotel rooms were spacious but had a few drawbacks like a not so pleasant odor in the bathroom and a constant background noise. However, the price was fair for what you got. The breakfast was really good though.

The location directly on the Main Street in Avignon is fantastic, allowing for easy walking access to the tourist sites. The dining options were decent but could have been more extensive. Overall, a great choice for a good price.
